Well last time when I started, things were never this expensive. Now I can see bikes costing 15~20K.
At that time 3~5K is already consdered Pro.

Since I've already spent money fixing it, I am now riding every night, and I'm starting to get used to it again.

This sunday might join my friend in Cravings Charity Ride at Cheras, as I'm un-registered rider ... hehe.

I still new and might not have the stamina to keep up with you guys( I very seldom jogging also).
Just had my first ride yesterday at Kesas to test out my bike. So far climbing up is too tired for me.

Where you riding?

I was thinking to re-paint my bike frame. Is it possible to dismantle the parts and store in my local bike stores for a while?

First ride after so many years of course laa hurts your bottom. After a few rides it shud be fine already. The back, most probably the saddle or your posture. Arms definitely got to fix your cycling posture or the bike is a bit too big for you.

Usually at night just around my taman. no kaki's near by

I guess so, but after a while and some adjustments on seatpost and dropbar it's all good. have been sitting on comfort chairs for so many years, ride on saddle sure will hurt loh horh.

How would you choose a frame aside the size and material, geometry? are all frames the same? Let's say I want one for the distance and minor climbing.
