anyone wanna go for an easy spin at Desa Park City tomorrow night, we will do loops around that area, it is nice and safe area for beginners or for riders who want to train criterium, 1 big loop is about 3.7km, smaller loop is about 2km I think.

just pm if u want to join, if not just be there by 8pm. trying to do this every wednesday night if weather permits. even it is a loop, but it is good way to train riding in small group and peloton training.

I live in Klang, any one around the new Bukit Raja Sime Darby area ? Do PM me i am riding everyday with a minimum of 5 KM just to upkeep stamina.

If can get more pple perhaps can go further to Setia Alam

firstly slow is fine...
but after a period of riding u need to see some improvements in speed and time taken

too bad i am a beginner and i only have a mountain bike, sometimes i cycle DPC loop too, climbing up to the heights was hell man.
