Hello Azim i bought an Illegear Z5 couple years back.

few weeks ago i started noticing that certain times when i start up the laptop, it will hang and having buzz noise (thru speaker). I checked my startup process, uninstalled alot of unnecessary programs yet the problem still persist.
do bear in mind this only happens sometiems (5 out of 10 restart it will happened.) so far what i did is i just left the laptop idle for awhile and the problem will be gone. i think i have tried everything except reinstalling windows which i plan to do if no more fix can be done.

Hi adamcyr, 3D/Video settings are configured differently for each game titles but since your laptop is equipped with GTX 1060, it wouldn't be an issue to select the highest settings available for the game (High/Ultra/Epic/etc). Keyboard backlight color is single color only, but the brightness is customizable by pressing FN+spacebar, kindly note.

Hi Pembeli Barang, okay this is quite peculiar to be honest. The buzzing noise is recurrent but not really consistent (5 out of 10 restart)? It could either be a debris/connector issue and reinstalling your Windows might not help to solve the issue. Are you available to send in your laptop for hardware inspection?

hi all..I have a very huge problem about in game FPS. i jz bought illegear z5 with GTX1060 but the in game FPS is super slow even an old game like need for speed rivals I get only 30+ fps. Is that even possible?or my driver or software problem?
My spec :- i7 6700
GTX 1060
8 GB ram
FPS monitor software- MSI afterburner and rivatuner
Nvidia driver version-384.76
Windows 10

Do u actually plug in while gaming? That 30+ fps-ish seems like u r gaming on battery.

Can any Z5 owners share their max CPU/GPU temperature while gaming? I'm interested to know for Doom, BF1, Dota and Overwatch.

plug in. and whn i play fallout 4 with high settings,the fps is even under 30 bt is still playable..i dunno why..the temperature of cpu and gpu abt 70 and sometimes abt 72-74..very hot
