where to get recommended car mat? the one my SA gave me torn already on driver side. murah punye always spoilt early. lol

I did mine at a random car accessories shop in Melaka. RM90 total. They cut to your car mat shape, front and back. The car mat is the twirly twirly plastic with rubber base thing. I even hustle them to cut it into the cup holder shape at center armrest and the compartment in front of the gear knob biggrin.gif

WOP = White orchid pearl? That colour is sweet. Congrats, mate.

Which reminds me that I haven't registered myself in here.

1.5 TCP Lunar Silver; if y'all don't mind adding me to the list, that would be awesome. Thanks admins. smile.gif

Congratz bro. I also just confirm my booking with SA to take WOP 1.5TC. Which brand of tint you go for? For a nice white car, you probably need to do coating as well.  devil.gif

i went for 3M Crystalline. coating still considering, hahaha! biggrin.gif SA got tell you when can get car?

Just bought rubber strip from Lelong as sound insulation at B pillar. Read comments about it that it can reduce road & motorbike noice significantly. Hopefully it works

Friend of mine tried it on my car, although not with a Note 5. I believe you have to enable it in settings on the phone first. Cause, when we first plugged it in, it didn't work either. He did some fiddling, connected it to the car, and lo and behold, it worked. I'll try to get more info as to what he did on his phone.

Please do share how your friend got it to work.. I have been trying but with no luck..

It will definitely do the trick. But wonder if it will make it harder to close the doors. Do let us know 😁

I think since there is a lot of people who are having problems to install Android Auto, I'll be using this post to share how I install the latest Android Auto from APK Mirror. If you don't know what is Android Auto, or APK Mirror - go Google it, I won't spend time explaining any of this to you. If you don't trust APK Mirror, stop here, and wait until Google releases it for Malaysia officially. If you fully understand this and wish to proceed to install, read on! - Caveat - I'm using the Chrome browser and Galaxy Note 3. Your experience may differ slightly.

1. Browse to APK Mirror (Android Auto) on your phone via this link: http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/android-auto/

2. Scroll down, and choose the latest version (the latest release is Android Auto 2.5.7286 dated on 5 August 2017)
Attached Image

3. Scroll down, and choose the correct version for your Android - this may be confusing for some. Galaxy Note 3 uses arm. My guide here shows what happens if you download and install arm64 - completely safe, but installation will fail. You would just need to choose again - or download Droid Hardware Info to find our your Android's CPU architecture type. You only need to do this once and remember your CPU architecture type. More information here http://android.wonderhowto.com/how-to/andr...64-x86-0168051/
Attached Image

CPU/Kernal Architecture Type:
arm: "ARM", "armeabi"
arm64: "arm64", "AArch64"
x86: "x86", "x86abi"
x86_64: "x86_64"

4. Scroll down, and choose Download APK
Attached Image

5. Click OK to download
Attached Image

6. Wait for the download to complete, then go to your file manager (or My Files in Samsung) and click on the downloaded APK file - I usually just go to Download History as it lists all recently downloaded items.
Attached Image

7. A pop-up will come out saying "Install Blocked - For security, your phone is set to block installation of apps obtained from unknown sources". Click on Settings. (Can't screenshot this though...)

8. Click on "Unknown sources - Allow installation of applications from both trusted and unknown sources".
Attached Image

9. Leave the "Allow this installation only" checkbox. Click on OK.
Attached Image

10. Android Auto should install now. If it fails, it means that you installed the wrong version/architecture type. You need to select the right APK for your CPU type. Below is a screenshot of Droid Hardware Info on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
Attached Image

CPU/Kernal Architecture Type:
arm: "ARM", "armeabi"
arm64: "arm64", "AArch64"
x86: "x86", "x86abi"
x86_64: "x86_64"

You can use Android Auto even if your car isn't connected. Waze integration is not here yet, but will arrive in Q1 2017. Be patient.

Hope the guide above helps you all install Android Auto on your phone. It needs Android 5 and above though... So if your Android version is lower than 5, you need to update your OS, or get a new phone biggrin.gif

Can I ask what phone are you using? Seems like quite a few have this same issue on Android forums. One of the suggested methods to solve this:

1. Go to Settings, Applications, Application Manager
2. Choose Google Play services.
3. Click the 3 dots on top right / menu. Uninstall updates. It might ask you to disables a service it has running.
4. Once it's finished uninstalling the updates, reboot your phone.
5. Start Android Auto and it will ask you to update Google Play services. Update it and after the update Android Auto will work

Other methods:
1. http://www.problogbooster.com/2015/12/unfo...rvices-has.html
2. Do a soft reset of your phone, reinstall Android Auto and give permissions requested
3. Plug it into your car at first use after installing and give it permissions

Hello all,
Just wondering whether the maintenance cost displayed in Honda website is accurate?

I am amazed at the lower than expected maintenance cost for the 1.5 turbo.

Any owners here can verify? Many thanks!

Cost is accurate, but total does not include Engine Oil & Filter as these are decoupled from the normal maintenance service. Read more on this in the FAQ on the first page.
