today i sent my car services at honda bangi. i did a complain when i drive above 80km/h i can heard strong wind from passenger side.

So after that, i collected my car mileage is from 10,050km(original mileage sent in) to 10,190km which approximately different 150km. Do u guys think is reasonable that SC can test my car until the mileage so huge different ?

haih, i also suspect they bring my car do something else. half tank petrol gone!! i did ask service advisory how come like that, he told me they from bangi to kajang test 5 times. Which cause so much different. sad.gif

i file complain to Honda Malaysia. i just noticed my oil life from B changed to A after my 10k mileage service. Do we required to change engine oil during 10k mileage services? as per my understand, no need rite ?

be4 i signed i told them d, i just want to do mileage services not oil life services. They told me is a different thing. so i just signed. haih, the service advisory didnt know anything. im wording any impact on my car ?

They replace my engine oil from B back to A. But i still left engine oil around 6k plus. After collect car, go back to Type A 9900km. is that normal ? because i call up and ask them they said is normal.

Ok .. assuming what I pictured above is the actual situation, you may want to consider the following:

When your oil life ends maybe at around 17-18k, go do Service B (ie. change oil & filter).
Photostat the service invoices you did at 7-8k and 10k. Show & explain to SC bcos your Maintenance Minder is now at A. Minder should remain at A after this Service B (important).
As for the 20k Mileage Service .. you have the option to do together or come back at 20k.
If come back at 20k, make sure only do 20k Mileage Service (ie. not Service A or B again).

isr25 did ask to see your 10k service invoice. Can show ar?  smile.gif

Sorry i don know how to rotate. Just now i went back SC for clarify. After argue with them, they end up reset my engine oil from A to B again to satisfy me. i pissed off with it thn i just walk off..vmad.gif vmad.gif

And the Service advisory said our meter shouldn't show A or B after services. A or B show when is something wrong with our engine oil.

They didnt change the mileage 7k to 10k. I told the person change, the person said is ok to remain that.

anyway i also confuse the services after this services.

hmm.. i think some of us confuse the services structure. Different SC got different explanation on the services concept.

For example:-
a) Some SC will insist the owner to service the engine oil together with mileage services although the owner just done service engine oil not long ago.

b) Some SC will let owner decide what kind of service the owner needed either just mileage services or engine oil only. But will give best advise to the owner.

SA and SC telling me different way of services. So i also not sure who to trust.

Maybe some of the owner here can check with their SC or SA when they send their car for services. At least give other owner or future owner have clear concept on it.

Well, this is my personal thinking. biggrin.gif
