Well, if you wax your car often in shops then it may make sense to coat with the reasonably priced ones. If rajin DIY then keep the money smile.gif

For engine .. its actually good that you have changed oil .. as means your engine is getting fresh oil = better protection ; of cos its gonna cost more for you..

IMO, any modifications done on the car itself consider as warranty void whether it is plug and play or not...

Plug and play is technical, warranty is policy...  bruce.gif

The tall ground stand road sign (arrow pointing left) flung out of the car in front of me, we are slow moving about 40-50km/h about 3 bike distance apart but still there is no way to avoid that thing just bang straight into my car. As u can see my chrome part of grill above the headlamp also missing. The bumper impact was hard, there's an opening between the bumper and the black grill part, something must have broken inside.

Bad luck..

Claim insurance??

This is the first time I get a push button start type of car. Just want to know the security feature for this kind of technology. How safe is this? Any idea? By the way, if key is not present, how far can they drive the car?
*
AFAIK,

Its not able to restart only.. the engine wont cut off when it dont detect proximity of key..
Safety is based on the key algorithms .. l assume its up to the tens of thousands in permutations ..
You can add a pedal lock which is a mechanical restraint and not electronic based..

Which pedal lock brand is recommended? How much will it cost?
New car install will it void the warranty? TQ.
*
Prices range from 300-600 - depending on who you ask / brands / includes fitting or not..
Warranty .. hmmnn, there are some cases where the alarm tingy [ attached to certain brands ] kacau the ECU.. so some say don't plug tis in..
Personally, l dont have tis issue..

Getting the car soon on this saturday. But still headache on which tint and coating to go for. Is it a must to get coating on your car and why?
*
I dunno abt you..

I like DIY detailing the car - l get lots of satisfaction seeing the car at its best..
Its HARD work, l agree [ hence the coating trend ] ... So..
lt boils down to have you the time and energy to do tis often.. if not then coating, supposedly helps..

Are you using the softest setting ?

Would like to hear more from you.

My friend told me even the softest setting also very hard  sweat.gif
*

If not mistaken,

De installer did mention it was halfway..

Its not very hard - there is still usable travel except it is 'more firm' great for taking sweeping corners at speed - probably not so if road is pockmarked..
What l noticed most is tat it kinda amplifies watever squeeks/rattles you had in the first place.. cool2.gif
If comparing wif eibach springs [only springs/with ori absorbers ] as l have tis with my wifeys GE Jazz [n ol Myvi] ; its a tad firmer..
