I noticed that people didnt talk on buying direct from apple store rather than domestic online store like G5 or lazada, any reason besides the price discount?

Feel there is bug with software or proximity sensor
Try put phone on table and make a call.. after that close the proximity sensor with hand, the screen will go off..
Remove your hand and see if the screen turn back on
