mine same version as well.. but i can select 4g/3g/2g.

under Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data

there's nothing to do with iOS 10, its because Digi launched their VoLTE service.

Regarding to my issue, i'd contacted Apple and after had few discussions they answer this.

"I linked an exception code to the serial nr. of the phone.

They will see it at any Apple service provider.

You can take the phone in for service."

Ok found the trick. If u double press home from main screen, no issue. Switch to the last 2 window first after invoke the multi task. Once switched, double press home button again, u will see the last multi task window (left most window) transitioning like going up a staircase.

Besides its closed file system which I don't really like, I had minimal issues with my current ip7+
My only problem was getting close to 100% recognition from home button on my right thumb and index finger. Over more than a week using it I had somehow got my pressure pressing it right - it used to be more than 50% of the time I got voice control!
I am glad I had yet to experience those few issues reported so far. I had used it solidly daily for a month before relegating it to be my secondary phone. Android phone remains my favorite daily phone.
