is the jogging track inside the perimeter wall or outside the perimetre wall...
if misallign for jogging track then the surveyor n project mgr should be fired and sacked...not good reputation for a world class developer cannot even get the alignment of the perimeter wall rite 1st time....then what about house workmanship...qualtiy of materials.....so if workmanship n quality not good can the housebuyers request EW to demolish the house and build again....alamak.....i really cry n worried for my house leh....

miow miow...what is your internal source at EW saying about this demolish and built and demolish and built again.....how to become world class where perimeter wall also cannot built correctly 1st time....malu leh..

I did not know there was security system and intercom system given for cradleton houses...was only inform later in the lowyat forum there could be an intercom system to the guard hse only....

These advertisement can't believe..especially ads for condo, most likely wrong information on facilities.

This one very funny. Whatsapp group ppl whatsapp say Eco world project. Then was having dinner with vendor, vendor mentioned about this collapse, again mentioned Eco world project. So, is it good to get free advertisement? With the word "Eco" directly link to -> Eco world.

I received few msg also said that it's EW project. You are right - 躺着也中枪!

This is the whatapps message spreading outside.
The moment I receive already it's Setia but many peoples would be misleading for sure.

Sales of other EW projects selling fast....probably EW semenyih sales being cannibalized by other EW projects in KL and Selangor...looks like the higher end mkt still holding well and selling well...

not cannibalized la... EW semenyih is one of the earliest project ma... its currently remain stagnant... those who wanna bought a property in semenyih... majority own one... for those at kl northern part of selangor... now baru start the hunting season ma...
