Its good if red bricks given as its less costly to maintained as no regular fresh paint needed after handover to JMB...

I know red brick better although in term of paint. Just don't understand why one job do 3 times.

1st wall...ppl complaint cannot see lake after paying additional premium as its a full wall..

2nd wall... half wall half fencing....no oomph fung sui....as half here and there....

3rd wall... all red like red packet give more oomph fung sui...but no confirmation yet if red bricks will be given...but we will know very soon as its an outer wall wth so many eyes watching the perimeter wall....

But I do need to qualify the picture did not came from me as it was uploaded on the previous pages by a forummer....

If similar facade, no idea why keep demolish and rebuild. So important things, can be like playing sands, tomorrow don't like demolish again?

I asked him if he's sure as there wasn't any such track in the mock up; he said he's pretty sure... He'd better be...

Nah, don't think it's realigning. Would have done so much earlier. And I don't believe a surveyor is that bad that the realignment needs to be quite a lengthy stretch. Haha

Maybe it's a training ground for brick laying. (Kidding)

Anyway; In Singapore; all construction workers (mostly frm India) have to go thru a brick and tile laying course before they start work at the construction sites.

Then maybe our guards need to change to zebra colors uniform liao haha
