Rightfully when EM handover the units, it shall mean that all the units within the precint are ready. Delivery by batches is to smoothen the process as there are hundreds of units there.

I see... then should ask them to include the progress pics in the next update leh - whether got syiok syiok punya pic is another story.

wah...merrydale EW is giving plaster ceilings...usually developers will not give plaster ceiling and also different buyers have different taste for personal taste of their own plaster ceilings...

I have a feeling 1C and 1D will be handed over 1st as most of the times the progress of completion is faster than 1A and 1B not sure why as 1A and 1B was the first to be sold off due to the lower range of selling price....

Do a big celebration people say waste money, do a small one complaint kiamsiap, don't do anything got scolded no appreciation to buyers.

According to their brochure online, Cradleton and Tenderfield also have plaster ceilings
