On the topic of landscape; It is of my opinion that EW should update the buyers/potential buyers on the landscaping footprint /masterplan via it's website. This will negate all the speculations as far as landscaping is concerned. Afterall; landscaping is one of the focal points in EW's developments.

Althought it's not a must; it must be made aware that today's buyers are different from buyers of the yesteryears (15-20 years ago).

Buyers today are more discerning; many expect updated progress and what are the projected plans (in this context: landscaping).

Hence; it would be good if the developer can convey this via the fastest and cheapest way: the net / website.

In my opinion; the website can be improved further; provide more useful information for the audience.

A company which realises the strength of the web / social media will be well ahead of the race.

The garden area right after the entrance near the roundabout area should be carpet grass, other public area outside the houses (next to the house wall) should be carpet grass. The garden between the 1B and 1D area should be cow grass.
