last week went to EM makan ice cream
the SA told me that during vp
houseowner and SA will be checking the house together
so they will lodge report on the spot
thats why each precint need about 1-2 months, distributing keys in phases

The proper way is for each vp key handover and inspection, ew will have one rep plus one rep (usually supervisor) from the main con to join u for the inspection.

If follow conquas standard...they are supposed to test every power points light point aircond point and pipping water flow....

Then maybe took 6 months to VP?

How to test the aircond point? Those typical current flow test?

Many developers (at least SP Setia, Sime Darby and IJM) also do testing on the power/light points and checking the piping flow system during the VP unit check, no?

But ew products are not followed conquas...therefore they dun need to test every single thing...maybe just make sure all power switches and light points are there nia...kautim.....

I also dunno much technically......

But the whole process took more than 2 hours...you will feel sweat n hot......no concentration to pay attention on what they were doing.....

Pour water into toilet bowl, flush and open the manhole to check if water flowing got lah..

Pour water into the aircond piping I never see leh.. Eager to check if EW shall do it..
