Noted all the requirements set but what I doubt here is whether Conquas governs how the developer do the testing, what to be done etc during the vp with buyers. The records of the testing / results should have been done during construction / before vp?
I am not a contractor, not sure how the flow. Just extract this from the BCA website, it seems like CONQUAS assessment is based on sampling:
To Initiate CONQUAS Process1.) For BCA to proceed with the CONQUAS assessment, the applicant (Developer/Builder) can submit the CONQUAS application via CONQUAS e-Application to BCA, Quality & Certification Department. Click here for Fees/Terms and Conditions.
2.) Upon payment of CONQUAS assessment fees, the applicant can request for a briefing to be conducted at the project site office via our CQM On Line Booking system.
3.) The purpose of this briefing is to provide essential information on the operational expectation and assessment details such as total samples to be collected for the project, logistic requirements for the assessment and booking of assessment schedule etc for the Builder. The Builder is encouraged to gather their project team and subcontractors to attend this briefing.
During Assessment1.) Details of assessment are provided after each assessment. The Builder can use the information provided to identify areas for improvement.
