Which type is the 1st phase launch for EM? Cradleton is it? Anyone remember what's the launch price?

This morning i when to EM and drive around. Im enter from north gate and exit at the west gate at the toll. Correct me if im wrong. Well, i would say, good township. Got big Swan and that is so cool.. something the i find it a bit awkward is the signature arch. Per picture, looks very grand, but actual, not that big.

Then, i went to the sales gallery, the gallery is nice, more or less the same like other gallery appearance.

Security oso didnt get bored saluting. But then i only wear slipper, short and round neck shirt only.

Then there's what? Ivoris i think. The commercial lots...nice english design look..

I also pretend dumb asking about u guys air cond piping. The SA told me, yes EW will provide it.. suddenly info doesn't jive as u guys say that they wont provide it. Probbably mellowood have it as the SA are explaining about their current selling precint.

So hey, they provide the piping la wei..well, hope this info answered ur curiosity edi..

Ok, then i went the show unit. All the units there is a small kitchen. Definately not my kind. SA told me, u can hack the wall seperating the bedroom and kitchen to make ur kitchen bigger. I was like...hmm...ok. then ask her, what u guys builing beside the current 4 ahow units, that one is Tenderfield..per my observation. Its about 65% ready.
