Initially i plan to buy polygon siskiu 7 too. Frame not so bad, good specs with the price and hv many authorized dealers around.  Suddenly found this ghost tacana 5 and bought it because of the color. Lol. Not bad but the forks are quite stiff. Havent tried off road yet.

any advice/opinion on how to transport my 29er?
using sedan (Kia Forte) and i found out that
when i remove front tire and put on the back seat
it wont fit and i have to snug it a bit, which is not nice for my car haha

bike rack? which model?
or any other way? experience?

usually i take off both tyres,
next time i try like miao said
tilt the bike but fork must protect with something to prevent interior scratches

Anyone have a pics showing how they put their bike inside the car?
Should lay flat on the left or right side of the bike with both wheels taken out?

Was thinking whether I should get a bike rack or just put it inside my car.
I'm also driving a forte.

another type i saw are those rear mounted at the boot. But my friend told me this are illegal but it's cheaper.
is this true?

based on my friend's experience with his 29er, he will fold both of his back seat downwards so that the bike can be fitted from the boot. Front tire has to be removed. He did that but he uses a big plastic cover to cover the possible dirt/oil spill to the car. He did that also with another bike (means that 2 bikes into the car with the same method) but seat post has to be removed as well. toyota altis.

yah i wana try bu tmy FOrte boot is not wide open, it's cave-like shaped


nevermind i will try open both tires, i hope wont be much problem

eh, like that sure can fit without removing rear tyre
from boot, just shove handlebar to seat area 
if quite heavy bike, maybe need a hand to pull inside

for brake calipers if i remove tyre, always put something like cardboard
at brake pad

i tried, cannot hehe my 29er quite short cause S size (15.5")
but shove it through also x dpt he3

If you only have one bikes, much efficient way is to remove the wheel and ditch inside the car.

Buying rack whether is roof or rear cost money unless you fully utilize that. I ride both MTB and RB every weekend. I normally chuck my bike in my car. I am driving Alza. Cost saving and just remove the front wheel will do.

My 2 cents.
