Impossible grab bans them tho

1st one - 5.4km away i call and ask rider if urgent trip to airport or not since i will need 15mins to reach...he said want rebook

2nd - rider wanted to go to a museum but not sure if open edi and ask me, i say duno then he cancel

3rd - rider wanted a bigger car than a myvi...no 6 seater option yet here in our town

But yeah my morning was fuked becoz of that

Only had 3 trips this morning...2 ppl rated me...dropped from 4.87 to 4.85

I had no problems at all with the trips...even got 1 passenger left her bag in my car, i drove back 15mins later upon discovering it...but i still get 4 stars from them

I seriously think we need to educate all the riders regarding this stupid rating system by grab..let them know 4 stars may be good to them but is bad to us drivers

I know my 1st trip rider sure rated me 4 stars tho..coz she waited at her house...i ask her house no but she juz said drive to the road she is waiting at gate..ok fine i drove there and couldnt see any1 and just waited by road side..then she appeared and had to walk some distance to my car

Masuk car terus ask me "you lost kah?" I was like lol wtf you didn't even specify ur house num when i asked you

Stupid grab...say we get cashbacks if drive during busy hours and in busy areas but no mention when are the busy hours

Call cs ask they also duno coz different department have to keep on hold..wasted 18mins on phone some more not free call

Just called operator twice and both times gave them a scolding..just in a bad mood not really their fault

1st call bout an indon who requested to go airport...rm10 fare in our small town..called him no pickup, msg no see...so call hq ask operator to cancel...she say cant, only can cancel if accidentally pickup...i say what bullshit is that, why not i click pickup now and u cancel it...she say don do becoz call recorded...i say good, let management hear...everyday get fake bookings yet riders get away scott free, we drivers increase in cancellation rating...how is that fair

2nd call..so after i cancelled, my credit deducted and not refunded...call operator again turns out that all requests to and fro airport if cancelled wont be refunded, need call hq and give reason if want refund...like wtf???? So i say nex time i on rider app and sabotage someone like this also can la...fucking cb...in the end on hold for 8mins just to get a rm2 refund..the call itself cost me rm3.60...knnccb really
