Any1 have their grab rider app suspended before? Lol apparently my cousin one kena becoz of suspicious activity.. he say got the same driver on 4 occassions last week

Last month he kena me 3 times in a week b4 no problem leh..coz he stayover at my place everytime he request i was either home too or at nearby kopitiam

Now hav to appeal susah lah ini mcm

Cs just told me for grabcar if rider doesnt rate then rating will drop...all this while i tot no rate = no effect

and grab insurance macam no cover car, they only have PA insurance iinm...so hav to use own car insurance and its damn complicated
