for riders, does grab have their real identity when they register to use the app? always get funny names for riders. like that even if get ban they can just use a different number.....

Not all Alpha is like that. I reply all mesg usually within 10 mins. Unless driving, eating and sleeping. But also don't expect can reply or receive call 24 hours. Most of them do recruitment part time. Utilize this forum or call CS for help.
I remember I got 1 new driver keep call me everyday 3am for 1 week. Ofcoz I dint pick up.

Alpha got no relation with Grab staff / admin or top management. He/She is just a normal driver just like you and me.

So what make you think alpha able to solve your big problem?

Go back to the first page and read again what is Alpha. The role is just to assist new driver in registeration. Without the hassle of going to Grab office / kiosk. Save you time. That's all.

What do you expect from grab?

Once your system stable where u can get trip, don't update latest version.
Any new bug u get first. Become white mouse to test this n that.

Normal new system don't need testing, people who upgrade new version test for them.

you dont like promos? without promos, really less customers and pings, which is worst?

Certain things need to enhance, especially the pin-point function, many time people just use current location on shopping mall and it appear "Sunway Pyramid Car Park"

why you said so to get ban sooner or later if to call cs to make remarks?
this morning i just called cs to let them know the riders (5 primary school students) wanted to get in my car but i only allowed 4 of them. I told the cs that they might give me lower rate. cs told me that she would put the remarks there and if indeed they give me 1 star, they would adjust the rating higher.
