Short trips gs <RM7 at least compensated by incentives

RM 6 & 7 still can do la, its like taking RM9 grabcar. Incentive wise, similar.

Your average nett earning is RM25/hour. If u do 2 trips/hour on HP, UP & MP and on ambassador, u can already earn more than that. Are u on ambassador, pro or flexi?

Bro, that 3.3k in a week was during the last week of ramadhan. Hourly guarantee was higher than this week. Demand was really high, people lazy to walk. Not many drivers online. Ratio of demand to drivers was very high.. Consistently doing 4 trips per hour. And with the price surge, I could exceed the hourly guaranter by just doing 3 trips. This was a bonus week.

On any other normal week if I do 55-60 hours, I would get 1.2k fare nett and 1k incentive. Back during the days when incentive was good, the figure was otherwise.

The guaranteed earning is based on fare + incentive. Nothing wrong with that.

During HP, If u collected 8+8+8+8, the nett top up will be 48 x 0.8 - 32 = 6.4

0.8 is the 20% commission deduction.

I hardly drive in this part of the world because of mapren population. Its just not a good day for me today. But if mapren gives me RM4, I still take

Incentive drivers like <RM6.

Back in the good days, RM10 could also be good but these days, RM10-RM20 is no where here or there. If incentive drivers accept, they wont get incentive at all. If fare drivers take, they also wont make much.

So its either u fight for those RM3-8 or RM20-40

I got one case, wife booked for husband & kid to come back from school. 1.5km, RM6 with RM6 promo. Before I reached there, wife called saying husband already left with friend who.happened to be there. She didnt want to have any.cancellation on her history and the same time she didnt want me.to waste my effort. So she ask me pick up and drop.off at her house. I got RM6 + incentive and she didnt need.to.cancel. everybody happy!!

And, once, I did this on purpose before too.... i.made.booking using promo, just to give drivers a chance to get incentive. I told the driver my friend change her mind but he can start the journey, pick up and.drop off. That driver was stupid!!!!! He didnt want to do it. Really.bodoh!!!! Asked me to cancel.

But got once, heavy downpour, bangla came in with a cigarette lit and asked if can smoke. Straight away i asked him are u stupid or what. It's raining!!!

Today I did the nastiest thing to a passenger. Multistop from Ampang 971 condo to Ampang putra sulaiman to pavilion. Rider's mom insisted to use ampang hilir road with speed bumps and then u turn to MRR2. I said sorry, i prefer to use jalan.ritchie jalan ampang and right turn at ampang point traffic light. MRR2 so fucking jam today. When we reach ampang point traffic light, she still complaint about the route that I chose.

And theb my bomb exploded. OK, lets just cancel the booking and i drop u off here. Hahahaha

Called CS and asked to cancel. In this kind of situation, better to cancel the ride that getting 1*.

Fucking shit rider didn't know that I've been driving grab for 10 months. My time is more crucial than theirs. There can only be 1 captain in a ship.

I told CS what exactly happened. Rider not happy with the route that I chose, and I dropped them somewhere and I didnt charge anything. Simple

Its possible. He only accepted rm4 trips. All others ignored.
