Up to u. If u are not comfortable with pets, u can either cancel or ask rider to cancel. No public transport allow pets anyway.

I never had problem with 85.1%. Dont risk it at 85.0% as it might be 84.97% rounded off.

Mine was 86.2% last nite, today ended 8pm at 85.3%

U can ignore or accept as much. But at the end of the week, if your AR falls below the requirement, u wont get incentive.

Depends on your seat angle and how u sit. Its all about posture. I had slipped disc and did a surgery 3 years ago. Now, on a public holiday or weekend, I can drive 15 hours and not have back pain.

Always sit with your lower back fully touching the seat. Never leave a gap.

I get 1 star all the time. Because I always scold those riders who make me wait long long. But still my rating is 4.86. No problem. The best thing to do, if u have issues with the rider, cancel the trip. If u already click pick up and then something happens along the way, drop off the rider any where, call CS and ask CS to cancel the trip. No doubt that we lose our earning, but at least not lose our rating.

Can. U can drive anywhere. Just that if u drive in anynother states, u wont qualify for the incentives.

I have like 2600 ratings. But i dont think they count based on average of 2600. I think its more on every 50 cycle.

I got 2 super surge rides this morning. The Kuchai Ex. distance was only 6km, dont know why grab counted as 8km. 4 jobs gross earning on 8-9am is RM83. After reaching KL at 9.30am, still managed to catch 3 trips.
