Klia is a better choice during raya time I supposed. 2 days ago around 11 pm++ received SMS from uber stating that no driver in KLIA. I was in kajang at that time.

grab waiting policy is 10 minutes.u reach pickup location send the hello I'm here msg.then call. After 5 minutes call again say u can only wait for another 5 minutes. Msg the same thing to rider.

After 10 minute elapse call again and say u cannot wait anymore and have to leave.msg the same thing to rider and screenshot it.

Cancel the ride and email cs with all the evidence.

Just my 2 cent,

You will wait for 15 min if the fare is rm65.
You will wait for 20 min if the fare is rm65.

It depends how you value your time.

If rider ask/tell you need to wait for x min, you decide immediately OK to wait or sorry, pls book again.

Grab will not teach you how to handle the issue.

After waited for amount of time,
You should text and save a copy n cancel the trip.

There is few way to avoid CR from dropping with the right skill.

Usually my cr is below 3%, but this week gone to 6%.

Too much problematic bangla in kl.
1. Set wrong location because they dont know where they are.
Set in klcc , when i called him, told me in busstop. Wtf? Three busstop over there and they dont know which one.
2. Cant even speak malay or english.
3. Rm3 demand for go into condo and wait for him. Seriously?

4. Phone data not strong so cant cancel but still can chat with me.

yesterday got some really weird riders.

Let me start from the top.

1st rider lady Malay.pick up location is balak Polis permaisuri.
Drop off location is at tmn Len sen.
Seems easy enough, went to pickup waited 3 minutes she got in and off we go.
Reached the drop off location then she said this is not the place. Then said she wanted to go to desa Cheras. I asked her jalan or taman, she said the one closes to Len sen so it was jalan desa Cheras.reched the place and she said yes this is the area she went yesterday. Asked her where she wanted to go she say see friend....
I ask her to ask a real address from her friend she say her friend give her only this dead Cheras,to food corner.... Wafak kind of address.... I found to food corner and drop her there. Charge her extra rm5...

Next passenger pickup location jalan like yew. Called the customer turns out a Bangladeshi.ask where is the pickup location exactly he said he is waiting under a fly over after a traffic light...... I was like wtf another weirdo rider.....

He cancelled the order...

Then got another ping velocity to dang wangi. Was heading there and there was a roadblock. Rider called me up and asked how long will I arrived there I said another 3 minutes because there is a roadblock in front of velocity mall. The guy terus cancel the order... Sounds like an Indonesian.

After that I just went home.....

Just started Grab for a couple of days ago, few days work 3-4 works few days work 6-7 hours, not really full time yet still trying to learn the curves and all. Starting tomorrow will start full timing trying to aim 2k nett profit for the week.

Do you guys have any Whatsapp group for Grab drivers to chitchat and stay up to date with the latest news and all? Would love to learn from all sifus 

Today monday 1 day already RM353.70 gross, and that's not included incentive yet. I guess it's doable if I keep my schedule up for the remaining 6 days.

But I have some question regarding the peak hours gross guaranteed fares.

Today I did:

5:05AM, RM7 trip
5:26AM RM27 trip

HP slot 2 trips is RM25, but my total fare collected for that hour block is RM 27 + 7 = 34, which is higher than the RM25 guarantee fare, so do I still qualify for the RM25 bonus/

Another scenario, today as well:

7:09AM, RM34 trip
7:54AM, RM7 trip

MP 2 trips is RM33, but same again my total fare collected for that hour block is RM 34 + 7 = 41 which is higher than the RM33 guarantee fare. How to count how much is the bonus I get for that block ah?

Wah, that sucks then. Means my single RM7 fallen in that block also won't be counted bonus top up? Then tomorrow morning I have to start ignoring/cancelling high fares already. Right now I am still 100% AR 0% CR

You mind sharing what are the alternatives way to go around with this ah? Coz right now I want to focus full time on all HP, UP and MP hours and I Don't mind sacrificing early morning and night jam time to do, but like you said if I don't know how to play the game I also wasting time only, ughhh.
