Once same rider within same week..it will automatically trigger their system. Then it's up to GC to say whether you gaming or not.

So, better don't take the risk la...

Some more no incentive, no point lor... Waste hour block only...

Incentive count for 1 trip only lor...

Honestly, I driven 300 trips now in Klang Valley. All unique riders leh... Every morning I start in same place..

Smaller cities like Penang, Malacca etc etc I can understand. But Klang valley difficult to hit same rider. A guy told me he has been using grab for last 6 months everyday (Mon to Fri) Sheraton to Klcc..and he has never got the same driver.

So that's why if you kena the same rider in same week, gc will think you are gaming...

Yala, it's just a summary of how much incentive you get for each type of hour block. That's why most of us count our incentive everyday...

Yes, pls complain to CS. Let's ban this kind of rider...

GC don't care about drop off location. Only focus pickup location.

From your example above, it's 2 trips. If you are ambassador, 2 trips during UP hour is rm45.

So, rm45 - 6 - 68 = negative 29. Means no incentive lor.
Your total collection for that hour is rm6 + rm68 = rm74.
Minus 20% = rm59.20..

Morning, we usually start where we live.
For part timer, evening we usually start near our office.
As for full-timer, they already know where got banyak pings...

The heat map is macam for beginners la... But after 2-3 days, beginners also dun want to see that map la...becos everywhere also got ping ma.

If Grab really want to continue use the map, pls mark the map with your busy areas.. and tell us how much busy areas we are covering.. I feel that way it's more useful...

By the way, 7pm to 8pm (Mon - Thurs) is damn jam la... Grab, please consider to increase it to UP hour block.

First of all, do know how the incentive works?

Are you full-time driving for Grab?

Full-time means drive whole day. You have to start driving at 7:01am, becos it's MP hour block (Monday to Friday). 8am is also MP hour block. Incentive is highest during MP. You miss these hour blocks, you earn less.

Also don't miss the UP hour blocks. HP hour blocks also not bad if you can hit 3 trips within that hour. Pls note Grab register the time of accepting the job, not drop off, ya. If your accept job times are...eg: 7:01pm, 7:35pm and 7:56pm - thats 3 trips in one hour block.

During the P and B hour blocks, either rest or aim for high fare...
(Becos incentive is low during P & B hour blocks).

To entitle for incentive, make sure you meet the 4 criteria.

If you see the pickup point is kinda far, chances are other drivers ignored the ping. And the ping go further further to find another closest driver...

So, these kind of pings might be 1 minute old...like you described..

First of all, why were you driving at these P hour blocks? Incentive is very low leh

Lets take alook at your 11am hour block.

For 2 trips during 11am, if you are ambassador. the guaranteed money from Grab is RM25 (for 60mins online).
Ok lah, lets assume you were online for a total of 45 minutes during that 11am hour block (since you mentioned you were not online for whole hour).
So, 45mins divide 60mins X RM25 = 18.75
RM18.75 is your guaranteed paid for that hour since you online for 45mins and completed 2 trips.

So, you take RM18.75 minus Grab commission 20% , you get RM15

RM15 is the gross net money you made for that P hour block as an ambassador with all 4 criteria met by end of the week.
That's RM6.40 from collected fares and RM8.60 will be incentive.

During P and B hours, if you are free to drive.... Aim for those big fares....go for fare above RM20.

Btw, doing Grab as a driver, you can only really see some money if you complete around 40 - 50 trips a week.
If you do less than that, your earning is macam very little. Dont forget Grab will keep RM150 in your credit balance (purpose is to minus 20% as Grab commission).

So, if you only do 20 trips a week, you're not going to see much money in your bank account.

Wanna see big money, you have to drive during MP, UP and HP hours - aim for short trips.
Drive also during P hours - but aim for big fare trips.
Complete more than 100 trips in a week.
And opt in to be an ambassador (incentive is higher / better hour blocks).

They will follow their statement. Wait for your statement to see your AR, CR, Star rating and % of busy areas...

Statement is by email. Every Thursday....but this week dunno will be late or not..

No, you have to go into your driver wallet to check it out yourself...
