Honestly, taxi drivers cannot replace us la. Taxi drivers like to charge rm20 for short trip. Far a bit, rm30 to rm40. Jam a bit, at least rm60 to rm70. One day they only do 10 trips also got rm250 - rm300.

If they try to do Grab, acceptance rate might koyak kao kao... Kena complain by riders kao kao... Never get incentives, go Jaya One throw bottle.... Eventually, kena banned. Lol..


Grab needs drivers like us to maintain the quality...
Grab's incentive will definitely change..once SPAD announced the new driver card for all drivers next year...

Yeah... agreed.

Actually, I think the incentive will get better! This is becos once SPAD implemented the driver card, alot of us will quit.

Why? Becos you need to:
1) pay to get driver card (dunno how much)
2) send your car to puspakom to be inspected
3) declare your Grab earning for income tax

Like I said earlier, grab cannot depends on those taxi drivers and their mentality. They need us to maintain the quality.

So, the incentive will become better... hopefully too good to quit la... I'm hoping grab will absorb to pay for our driver card, or at least subsidize some. The puspakom...really hassle...hope grab can assist us to get it done fast and simple. And much better incentive so we continue to drive...

Once you switch back, it should be "drop off".

Next time don't go near Flora. If kena ping also from Flora, better just ignore it.. Don't accept.

Uber = iPhone

Grab = Android

Referring to my above post (1,2,3), I forgot one thing. Uber/Grab drivers also need to buy ANOTHER insurance policy to be eligible to drive.

Then by this Friday, say your balance is rm200. Only rm50 will be banked into your personal bank acct. Rm150 will remain in the app.

That's why I said in earlier post - if you wanna see money, you gotta drive at least 40 trips during MP, UP and HP hours per week.

You will still be driving today and tmr right? For every trip, grab takes 20%, so Grab will deduct from the credit balance. If rider got promo code, example, rm5 promo code, then the rm5 will be top up to your credit balance. So on Friday night, only then you will know how much you have in your credit balance.

Example on Friday night, your credit balance is rm250. Then rm100 will be banked into your bank acct and rm150 remain in your app.

Is it? But how come every Saturday morning, I start the app, my credit balance is rm150?
