Dont think u stick to one busy areas 2 hour 1 day, will get banned.

This is what i do everyday after finish driving.
I keep record of all problems, every trip. Especially on rider simply input drop off location but actual drop off is far off like maybe 1km away. Plus rider ask to pit stop somewhere first. Those two the common problem daily you will face.
Just call CS end of the day and ask them to remark on those trip. Because the problem lies on the riders, not us and will be unfair that we end up facing the ban.
Keep it short and sharp. 
p/s: Another common problem those rider misuse the note section. putting 5 orang, putting lady driver only, putting pick up tomorrow morning, etc. I will accept those ping and call rider to cancel. Don't bother whether they agree or refuse to cancel. This will also be reported but will make sure the CS answer will do something / take action on such rider. I consider this a more serious problem compare to above.
If i end up kena ban, then be it. Already done my part and most problem lies on the riders not us driver.

did 39 trips only got incentives of rm150, i wonder why so little? how does grab calculate their incentive. Let say an average of rm7 per trip, I should be getting rm273 and an everage incentive of rm20, incentive payout should be rm20 - rm7 = rm13 x 39 trips = RM507??

Someone please tell me and show us how their incentives works please.

this morning, I become and rider and shocked that my booking from my apartment to TTDI goes past more than 5 drivers.

I know that the fare is only RM 6, but I thought Grab will top up for incentives (Mega Peak/Ultra Peak/Peak). Grab drivers are slowly becoming like taxi drivers, by choosing high fare trips.

Finally after skipping 5-8 drivers, then one driver accept the job. At the end of the trip, I thanked the driver for accepting the job and give extra tips.

Sorry for the rant. Me myself as part time driver, will accept any trip, be it RM 3 etc

they are actually know how incentive works. besides:

1. no need to maintain AR, CR, SR, 0.1 % less or more your incentive gone.
2. can say bye bye to ma pren most of the time.
3. if u heard grabcar suspends/terminates drivers without valid reason, u know most of them yg kena are incentive drivers.
4. cash is fast, incentive u wait next friday.

most of us know and you won't know unless you went to their office and see drivers complaining about getting much less incentive. is my earlier statement correct on a driver who did 39 trip and has only 150rm in incentive?

What if I complete 4 trips on the 8am-9am block?  What happen to the incentives of the 4th job?

Did you read the earlier post about some drivers or even all of them who has  not receive their incentives today. Maybe some drivers does not want to drive because they haven't receives their incentives today?

Mine still isn't in. It usually gets in before 7pm.
