nvm just leave it there then, throw half in the bedding see if they eat... sometime i see food in bowl sometime they don't touch i throw all in bedding they rush n eat... hahaha..

My females also don't want to eat. So i took out half and put in my males tank, straight away gone. Ganas lar the male, maybe this time i got put beans and they find it nice to eat

Wu... I went to Petaling Street just now... those small cages that Foo use as temporary split cage, only RM10 lah.... but I had not enough cash to get 1 hahahah....

Also, they got many Argente goldens there.... but then not tame. The adults are tame but they are very old already.... so... not worth getting coz RM25 unless kind enough to give them a permanent resting home. I was so so tempted to bring home the Argente golden female, she is old but good temperment... pity lah her whole life at pet shop.

I just hand fed my babies just now.. the sp agouti still super timid.. it's really very very weird... the DTW won't jump and run if i move.. but the sp agouti.. acts like she's seeing humans for the first time.. They hesitated to take food from my hand a while.. DTW climbed up my hand then took food then ran.. sp agouti like some snatch theif.. come, take, run away..

Good sign d lor, at least they come out and take food from your hand.

I find gerbils harder to tame because they're really jumpy.. but i suppose they'll bond better with their owners compared to hamsters am i right?
