tried to pump using ikhwan petronas. failed card declined.

called maybank. system wide issue. all maybank cards not usable.

asked me to retry 2-3 hours later.

Maybank network down. Transactions declined at Tesco and Petron. Aeon Big cashier told me that their terminal is down! What a let down!

Ikhwan without wave also inconvenient!

Same here. Just now tried to use Ikhwan Master at Jaya Grocer but transaction not successful.

Used my UOB visa paywave and it's success!

Yesterday used Ikhwan Master at Giant Hypermarket. When keyed in PIN, transaction was declined a few times rclxub.gif
Finally just signed and transaction was successful.

Well, I went to 4 pumps, tried 8 times, all declined.

Pay inside, declined.

then I took out cimb cashrebate, wave~ and whalla! it works!

now I know wth happened~ sad.gif

back from the same petrol station that declined the transaction earlier.

successful pumps, 2 times for 2 cars rclxms.gif

Yeah. Same happened to me. Transaction declined at both petrol station and groceries. Guess everyone is calling customer service, on queue for a long time.

Was trying to get some aeon vouchers at metro prima kepong today. got to know that voucher selling counter which is used to be at ground floor has been allocated to the 1st floor. so most probably it is considered as departmental and not groceries and thus not entitled for 5%? anybody tried?

Need a neutral opinion here, with the recent hike of petrol price, is it worth to get this petronas card (the one with 8% rebate), for another extra 3% cb, as already have others that give 5% cb.

Indeed, but with extra card comes extra responsibility, commitment, discipline and wallet thickness lol.
