Dear Customer, We have received your attempt at our Maybank2u to apply for credit card however the application is incomplete. Due to it is incomplete, our processing team requested the below item : 1. Filled up the forms and sign ( Principle ) Clear copy NRIC (front and back) Latest 3 Month’s Salary Slip OR Latest 3 Month’s Bank Statement ( Salary Credited ) OR Latest EPF Statement OR EA 2015 Statement Scan and send back to me for our side to process. Maybank need me submit documents even I'm existing Ikhwan Master card holder.... You all did submit fresh doc for Petronas Visa ??? |
