Last time when I tried to pay payment amount, MBB website blocked it. Then I talked to CS which they said I can’t do that only can pay outstanding as the Cashback is treated as payment.

Yes, if cc payment done online, it will only accept outstanding balance.

Just got my card... Aduh, wanna set pin through IVR, SMS only comes in AFTER the timer ran out. Tried dozens of time already... Anyone having the same problem? πŸ˜“


BTW, since paying water /iwk bills via lazada is applicable, I guess paying UNIFI with Lazada can too lah, right? smile.gif

Mostly online mode.
In rare case, eg only 1 of my 20 transactions at Lazada last month went to direct debit, then no online CB.
