the problem was with Giant. they didnt perform settlement for that terminal last night, so that terminal not allowed to process new transactions.

they can easily switch to diff terminal, usually they have 2-3 per lane.

yes, that's the best part of mesra points. can redeem every single points anytime.

for me, i will always redeem once reaches 1k pts for rm10+ petrol. dont want to keep it inside for too long.

if you can get yourself Mesra-Grab 5X Ambassador card, even better reward, about 2% after conversion.

16 Jun (Sat): went to Gardens Maybankcard Center to request replacement. free-of-charge. Opted delivery instead, no rush to use it.
23 Jun (Sat): just received new card via POSlaju.

same card number, same expiry date, same CVV.

those reports were confirmed by users.

reason to go to card centres because their back-office has the card perso and printers. this is why you can get new card within the same day.

if u go to conventional branch, 1) whether they accept this request; 2) even if they accept, they still forward to nearest card centres to process (comes with risks like missing or late delivery, no response, etc)


btw, not hard to call CS. above already shown some users called and gotten the card easily and fast.

even can do over in m2u, without making a call.

i have 5 decent maybank cards with cashback, all AF-free

call CS, tell them you want to cancel the ezypay. they would charge the lumpsum balance back to your cc.

also ask if there's any penalty for doing so.

give cs a call. or visit card centres.

no need submit anything. just tell them u want the wave feature.
