Hi All,
Would like to check for Ikhwan Petronas Visa is there no TP awarded for petrol pumps at Petronas ? Or purchase in Petronas Mart no TP? Thanks in advance for the clarification. Not exactly related to Visa Ikhwan, but here's the question.
I calculated the total from Transaction History and the Outstanding Amount, it does not tally - why?  Total ever since I made last payment was RM1298, but my outstanding comes up to RM1720. Even if I include the total transaction done on 1st July (68.5, 118, 188) that still only comes up to RM1672. As far as I remember I did not use the CC on 31/7, 1/8. Anybody care to explain? |

Have anyone face their card unable to read at petrol kiosk ? My Ikhwan Petronas recently having this issue at Petronas kiosk. I thought maybe the terminal technical issue unable to read, tried few times even change kiosk, then only can read n proceed like normal. This morning, the same card tried at BHP petrol kiosk, also unable to read my card. Then slot in another card, instantly it lock n read. How to determine my card is having problems? |

How to determine my card is having problems? once a while, cannot use the card at petronas. could be maybank's failure to authenticate the transaction or mechant issue. retry again later the day or next day. if chip faulty, the card cannot be used (physically) anywhere. have you tried elsewhere where you insert the card to terminals? if consistently fail, initiate a replacement from mbb. there shouldnt be any fee for replacement (due to faulty chip). |
