yes, there is one as i know:
Petronas @ Kinrara, Puchong (beside Kinrara Furniture Street)

been using my Ikhwan Master to pay TNB, UNIFI and reload TNG, and entitle for cashback.

RM 1 service charge for RM100-199, RM2 for RM200-299, etc.. not sure if below RM100.

I remember they did put a note mentioned which bills/services' payment are available, i will try to take a photo of that next time.
Minimum and maximum, im not really sure about that. Normally I swiped about RM300-400 for TNB, UNIFI & TNG in 1 shoot.

just paid my utility bills in Petronas @ Kinrara, Puchong.
and confirmed with the staff that we can topup the Petronas gift card with credit card as well.

happened to me, card is not usable on the petrol kiosk in petronas.
tried few kiosks and happened the same.

then, changed to another petronas, and card was readable at 1st attempt.
could be the issue of the station, not ur card.
