I changed from a Nirox to Swiftech MCP655 and to be honest, you can save a lot and still live with the cheap Nirox. It's not that the MCP655 gives any substantial differences in my small loop smile.gif

The Nirox is 10 times cheaper than the MCP655 and that can be a very good choice if you don't mind that extra AC wire biggrin.gif

I'm using the bowed version but I've never owned any other blocks so don't know what type of difference it gives smile.gif Moreover, my E8200 has a damaged temp sensor.

u can refer to some review made my metalzone months ago at http://www.pcmoddingmy.com/e107_plugins/co...p?content.408.1
its not hard to bow, just use the supplied thicker o-ring by swiftech will do... can refer to http://www.swiftnets.com or http://www.pcmoddingmy.com/e107_plugins/co...p?content.408.3

i bowed mine... yup, once its bowed, cannot go back... i think it wont affect other socket la... should just improve the cooling capabilities or decreased mayb... ? but i think most of us will get at least 1c improvement or more rather than decreament...

i done without grease, keep pushing the larger o-ring into the acetel there and fast enough to tighten the screw as what metalzone guided in the review...

Custom wc set - which is the best?
the case later ... wc more important

You want the best ar?
Case later?

get an aftermarket car radiator brows.gif
or a car aircond radiator, kancil is quite alrite, compact lil thing, but from what i saw, it was a quad pass rad, so its quite restrictive

Or those APM aircond rad (rm170++ or so), with a lil modding you can mount it on your sidepanel biggrin.gif

alternatively u can try getting a car heatercore, which im planning to go hunt this week at halfcut shops

yeh, cheap as hell, but the hmax not that good if you put it in a long loop :S
solution? use dual pumps and space it out nicely, brows.gif satisfaction guaranteed

that bad huh? since ethyl glycol actually thickens the water, making the overall system flow slower sad.gif
