I uninstalled my RX9070XT and install back GTX1070
i had more random crash in one month using Radeon driver than 7 years using Nvidia
done DDU, every AMD driver tested, enable PCIE lane to genx4, update AMD chipset driver, Direct X reinstall
it crash on Unity Game, Youtube Videos,
Thats impossible according to AMD fanbois. You just wait until you try that GTX with newer drivers, you will be crashing more per day than that ultra stable Radeon. Have you not seen all those utube reviewers and tech news and reddit?! /S
It might be Windows problem. Try reinstall windows and then clean fresh install of latest driver, pay attention if there are hotfix patches the main driver could have missed.

I clone my Windows to a bigger NVME, format Windows by using the "Reset this PC" feature with the "Keep my files" option
Before cloning, it also intermittently crashed while playing games
Update nvme driver since someone from Reddit suggested it
same
In these 2 days using Nvidia, no more random crashes

You clone windows so likely has ady lotsa baggage. Even with Win Reset its not as fresh as a new Win install. My suggestion would still be reinstall Windows.

GTX 1070 era is about 500W PSU requirements. My Asrock RX 9070 XT Steel Legend demands 800W. Is your PSU good enough?
Other than issues I mentioned earlier. No crash on multiple Unity games and stable youtube videos. Even though I still have my Intel's overpowered iGPU on.
