If you overclock you card stay away from 16.12.x since the memory clock bug is still there.

From what i've read in couple of forums, 16.11.5 is the last good one.

may i know what driver u use?

Previously use 16.12.1 and 16.12.2. GTA 5 cannot open, always error with Radeon Wattman restore. Clean uninstall also cannot fix it. Now back to 16.11.5 and no error from Whattman.
Using 290X crossfire.

Not really, if i can buy an R9-Fury for under RM1.5k 6 months ago i probably grab that instead.

when i watch videos on youtube using chrome, sometimes i get blue screen. however, i never have blue screen when i play games. i checked using 3rd party software and it says is my amd problem. i reinserted the gc again, and still got blue screen. so, is it my driver problem instead of my card?

You can try turn off hardware acceleration on chrome and if you still using Flash you can turn off hardware acceleration there too.
