Just checked my online banking and know that annual fee has charged for my SCB Gold card but my anniversary month on April.
Called to request for waive, and CS then mentioned requested has submit and within 3 working day, annual fee is waive-able |

I was charged Annual Fee+GST on my Cashback Gold MasterCard. Called into CS and request a waiver. Waiver should be reflected within 24 hours. Not bad....

For the SCB Gold cash back card, may i know what is the definition of retail transaction? Is it including online purchase, paying utility?
