how reliable is SC retention team offer? got call this morning from a lady from retention department, got offer SST waiver got both JOP & LFC cards without condition and one off RM50 rebate for JOP with RM200 spending during 1 Feb - 31 March (which already done on 1st Feb for Grab top up), but when request for written memo or T&C for the RM50 cashback, they could not provide any

annual fee waiver already got waived during cancellation before retention department.
yes the transaction on Feb is already counted when retention called, fret not today also done Grab top up after they called to keep the card.
what i am more concern is the RM50 rebate offered because this only mention after SST waiver not accepted. when asked when will the RM50 rebate credited, at first she says after spend of RM200, but I told her I already spend that during the mentioned period which is 1 Feb, immediate she says already eligible, but when asked again how come not credited yet, she says after end of April which is quite fishy...
