yes, the partial cb <RM1 is actually credited into your CASHBACK BALANCE pool, but not redeemable. you can see this in the monthly statement (CASHBACK BALANCE section, near the last page)

I purchase one item from apple.com.my, but when it reflected in my transaction, I notice this 1% cross border fee, just because it is shipped from Singapore? I never get this fee for Maybank card. Is it possible to waive this?
