same here, sst charged on 24/25 Jan after clearing all outstanding

talked to CS, i want the SST to be reversed in full after cancellation

then my cb adjustment came in, effectively reduced the new outstanding (RM25 SST minus cb adjustment RM22.90) to RM2.10

yes, the partial cb <RM1 is actually credited into your CASHBACK BALANCE pool, but not redeemable. you can see this in the monthly statement (CASHBACK BALANCE section, near the last page)

the redemption only allowed for multiples of RM1.

requested cards cancellation (JOP+LFC), SCB called back on "CNY Offer" -- for selected customers

1) 1 transaction on JOP, no min amount. get RM25 cashback into JOP --- this for my JOP's SST charged last month

2) min RM200 spend, on any LFC/JOP card, get RM50 cashback (one-time) by end March 2021. --- can do together with (1)

3) waived AF for both JOP and LFC this year

yes, CS didnt grant any rebate via LiveChat.

so, i requested for cancellation and ask them to REVERSE the SST after card is cancelled (and no usage since Jan). That was 26 Jan until yesterday without any calls

Today escalated again, then the retention team called back in a short while.

for redemption, only multiples of RM1 is redeemable. even if cumulative CB is RM1.05 (example), you can only redeem RM1.00. the remaining cb will be floating, not even CS can help to redeem it out for you
