Regarding Gold Cash Back card, what is retail purchase? Is groceries and online payment for TM qualify for the cash back?

Any Purchase even PTPTN Payment can earn CB as long NOT from Petrol or Insurance.

Can I know if insurance is taken into account for total retail spent to hit the RM 800 quota to be eligible for the 3% rebate?

I might have trouble to hit the 800 cap this month (probably short of 200 from my projected spending)

So I thought of hitting 800 to be eligible by charging insurance to this card. Will the cashback calculation be 3% of the RM 600 (since 200 is insurance payment) or I don't entitled for the 3% at all cause the insurance is not considered as retail payment? Anyone has experience on this?

CashBack is calculated based on all transactions except insurance and transactions made at petrol station/kiosk.
i think the insurance can be considered as retail spending but no cashback only..

Realised, SC credit card lots of good promo. Debit card also qualified

By the way, my anniversary year for SCB Gold card was on April and I still didn't see any AF being charge to my card

I have called to ask for waiver regarding AF on March before month of April, I think this should be the reason why no AF charge, can I assume is the AF auto waiver without indicating on statement ?
