I was worried that the tgv transaction that i made using my SC JOP on 28 Dec morning was not counted as Dec. This was because the transaction was still shown unposted until 1 Jan 2019. Just checked my cashback and saw the cashback was Rm85, lucky.. Thanks for the update!

Not sure you aware, you need to goto SC Online Rewards to "claim" or redeem the cashback, which will take 1-2 days to reflect in your CC transaction.

If you don't redeem, it won't automatically offset your bill.

SCB cards follow transaction date so no issue on that. smile.gif

Ohh, u mean like Maybank Amex? The SC Online banking only stated Date but didnt mention whether it was transaction date or posting date. Tried to do a search in Lowyat thread but couldnt find any. I seldom do transactions when it is near the end of the month so not sure how SC credit card works. Thanks for your confirmation!

Question the cash rebate of RM85 for JOP is based on calender month right not based on statement month.

I seldom check from browser but date shown in app is based on transaction date.

I have the RM85 redemption for this month, so pretty much if I spend RM2500 again will be eligible for next month right? Despite paying just RM2500 - RM85 this month?
