For those who made payment to PTPTN using this card through SC ebanking - JOMPAY, do you get any error with the Biller Code (34975 for Ujrah)?

QUOTE(yw46 @ Oct 29 2016, 05:34 PM) QUOTE(warren11 @ Oct 29 2016, 06:06 PM) Yes,same issue.I simply try key in the other code Pinjaman Konvensional 96933 and no bil error code comes out but I did not proceed for the payment. glad that i m not alone... i went to one of their branches, asked about it... the officer has no clue on this as well... I emailed ptptn ask whether can pay using the 96933 code since Ref1# is unique but they say need use the Ujrah code if ur loan is under Ujrah. (I assume typical answer) 1) How come SCB like that one?Same merchant but different bill code don't support? 2) Anyone has experience just pay using the 96933 code (although ur loan is Ujrah) and successfully received in the ptptn account? Thanks going to print screen on this error and notify Stand Chart through - Malaysia.feedback@sc.com, let them figure out for us. you guys are welcome to join, hopefully more complains = faster response (p.s.: i also asked to set up direct debit to take advantage of the 10% discount, they told me system not readily set up, try again in Nov, not sure which exact day... just "great" |

have a question about CB for SC Gold Cash Back Master Card
assuming my statement date is 1st every month, so: 1st Feb - statement consist of transactions on Jan 1st Mar - statement consist of transactions on Feb assuming there is a payment made using the card on 15th Jan, but got posted late (i.e. 15th Feb) and appear in 1st Mar statement. the CB will still be considered for month Jan (which had been distributed to us late Feb)??? |

QUOTE(Cookie101 @ Jul 28 2018, 08:38 AM) Break down the charges into 100 for 25 times in order to get 25 spin. Campaign T&CEach 100 gives you one spin. Max of two spins per day. Done 7 spins and only got 5 which is rather disappointing. "23) An Eligible Cardholder is entitled to win a maximum of two (2) Daily Cashback Prize(s) per day, regardless of how many SCBMB Cards he/she is holding or how many Eligible Transaction he/she transacted." Assuming i make 5 x RM100 transactions, i will be entitled 5 spins. Assuming i win twice, i can still make the remaining 3 spins the following day. Is my understanding correct? |
