So frustrated with SCB! I requested card cancellation on 29th Dec, until yesterday the card is still not yet cancelled. I called CS last night and he replied that as long as CS no call me directly for cancellation verification, my card will not be cancelled.

Either you gave them the wrong month or you can drop by SCB branch to have it cancelled on the spot?

Applied Just One Platinum 2 times and get rejected and cannot provide me reason (Normal bank explanation)

Called up last Friday and this CS is good and said my info on their system is old one already, that's why kenak rejected.

Funny though i hold WorldMile card and still .. they kept reject me cause the annual income in the system is 5 years ago ..

You can request cs to appeal your application.

If you think the bank are no reason to reject you.

I am interested to know too, was thinking to lump sum the PTPTN balance or use it as part of the 2.5 per month to fulfill the cash back requirement.

Maybe I will just reload to BP and pay from BP if PTPTN portal allows, that will be safer. I will make payment soon to clear off all my PTPTN debt.
