unposted transaction = not final = any dispute/refund/void can be triggered quickly without the long cycle.

scb updated 2 clauses that are both inter-related. they are more specific on when to calculate and how to treat cross-month posting.

which also indirectly means we wont be getting the previous month's cashback early within 1st week
