Nvm is ok... Sometimes it took them a week to reply and 3 weeks to send over using the snail mail... Haha... So be patience... It will be around 1 month for it to arrive...

I have been using iPhone 7 Plus Matt Black for about one month with fully covered by a TPU casing and full screen tempered glass most of the time. I just open the casing once a week to wipe the dust off from the phone. Until yesterday when I take off the casing, and notice there is something at the edge of the phone body next to UP Volume button. At first I thought it just the dust. I try to wipe it using microfibre cloth as usual. Until I look closely it is the metal part of the body. It seems that the black anodised paint had been chipped off from the phone body. I am really disappointed with what happen to the phone because I was using it very careful.

I have chat with Apple Customer Support and it is not covered under warranty since it is under cosmetic damage. Seems that the anodised paint quality on iPhone 7 is same as what is on iPhone 5. The iPhone 7 body paint will chipped at anytime regardless you are using it very careful. Just to share with you guys sweat.gif sweat.gif Attached Image Attached Image

Looks like there is some lint or something caught in between the buttons. Are you sure its a chip on the paint? I examined the pics. It is a paint chip. Poor quality control by Apple.

What case you use, probably that case is not well design or the case is not even cover the button properly.

If you don't might, do let us know what case you using, thus it at least helping forumer here avoid that case.

Sorry to know your lost on this.

Yea... There is such possibility as Alu the material will generate this kind of symptoms... It is something like rusty for Alu, rather than brown rusty of metal... So hopefully it will be ok with my unit as I'm using Black too haha...

I use LAUT brand. I bought it from Switch. It is slim skin TPU case. The phone never drop or knocked to other hard object before.
