Update through OTA?

Connect your device which is stuck in Recovery Mode to iTunes, then wait for iTunes to download the iOS 10 firmware file automatically. Once downloaded, click on Update button. This will update the device to iOS 10 using iTunes while keeping all the settings and data intact.

Transfer from macbook. Previously on Android. Just settled most of the issues. My contacts and calendar synced via Google. Photos synced with iTunes. PDF files transferred with AirDrop. Wechat provided convenient way to backup and transfer chat history. Cant do anything about Whatsapp chat history though...dont wanna spend on paid app to do that and iOS whatsapp doesnt allow backup from google drive, so just let it be.

Already being to service. It does say limited warranty and 328 days of warranty left. So just wait them to fix...
