Take a recent launch from Setia Alam or Setia Eco Park and compare it with terrace house or semiD at Canal City......we wait 10 years. If you are still here in this forum , we can compare notes at that time LOL

I believe that can dampen the Setia Alam /Setia Eco Park home price appreciation going forward.

btw, since you are a big investor/big believer of Setia Alam/Eco Park, and like that location very much...you got invest in the cemetery land nearby or not? the cemetery land feng shui not bad e.g. on high ground ..can see all the houses below ?

You have concrete evidence that owners are leaving ecopark because of expanding Cementary? why then Eco Ardence still BBB? You think if you stay in high land in Eco Ardence you cant see the cementary?

Yes. Typically small cemetery no big deal.
But this one is HUGE just next to Setia Alam and it's expanding some more.
Someone in the Setia Alam forum was saying that its going to be a huge 1Malaysia cemetery...chinese cemetery, malay cemetery etc all in one location.

Eco Ardence is far apart fr cementary. Not affected.

please lah...dun put words in my mouth. I will whole heartedly agree if I did compare before and ask you to buy setia alam or ecopark instead of canal city....but I never did and will never do.

only the recent launch of setia alam closer to cementary....not all of setia alam......but from the sound of it....its like the entire setia alam is closed to cementary.

eco ardence also not a perfect piece of land......if you look at its neigbours and HTC, but alas....eco world leh......tan sri's fart also smell better.

Wah seems really big the cemetery... is it new or old ones alrdy filling up nicely?

Anyway, cannot see only from negative side lah.....Maybe Beancounter like houses near there leh... easier during ching ming.. dun need travel too far... once a while lonely can go visit relative

I pour cold water bcos everybody is so gangho...simply bcos there is no absolute perfect project. How can everything all hanky doey de......someone needs to stand up and pointed out the obvious mah.

I dunno why my name was associated w setia alam or ecopark...catch no balls. Make me feel that i can only afford ecopark and nothing else.....

And i never talk up ecopark also....and setia alam....i am not their salesperson..

Ceementary off course everyboddy wants to avoid...

If taansri's fart not good smell...why so many followers of his projects?
Btw i am currentky seriously might choong one of his project....i smell a bit already...and its pretty good...
