The fancy facade especially with exposed concrete roof is unsuitable in the tropics, due to heat and rain.
Its going to heat up the roof and wall, and you need to paint the area frequently |

But I was thinking of adding a layer of industrial grade waterproofing (sika top coat?) on all the exposed surface as added precaution. |
