car repair shops better than vacant shops rite?????

looks at the PKNS shops opposite....if they want to occupy free parking lots....why dun they just rent one of the shops there and can literally use the entire car park lots in the whole shop precinct???

Tomorrow Precinct 11, 5th launching, Eximia (Cluster Semi D) 32 x 70 and Decora (2 1/2) 20 x 65...

This launching will be the determine factor to see how properties doing...(hahaha) i think the 20 x 65 still will be sold out.... Semi D will be really tough one....

am not too sure....

usually developer will build slightly more than 2.5s in order to call it 3storey.

if only 2.5s...then they cant sell as 3s....that's my impression after talking to SA before.

OIC. I am planning to pay a visit to there during lunch hour. The minimum price at MYR860k is even lower than Edulis which is MYR891k but with slightly smaller built-up.

Look at the Decora launch today for two and half row, probably the last launch of P11 will be complete before middle of next year if this launch has good response.

very reasonable price leh but 20*65 3 storey will be like a tunnel. Surely will affect subsale flipper trying to offload!

Also free interest for 2 yrs with 10:90 scheme.

Edulis starts from 891k for bu 2579sf, Decora starts from 860k for bu 2370sf. Both having same sales package. With that, it shows quite significant increase in psf price this time for Decora, I must say. Although, Decora does have better/practical layout than Edulis, imo.

Decora about 30% or less booked as of this afternoon. Seems 1st row type K more popular with the crowd.
