If u only stop and think, the design ia basically a flat, car park located centralised outside the units and surroinding open car parks, basically a RumahS design but sold at condo.pricing..

The SA also tell me the club house will only be built after all the Phase A,B,C and D complete. They say not worth to built if there no residence use the facilities.
